Monday was Muhfugger, Ana's Birthday!! This gorgeous thirty something female, is a wildcat on the field, at parties and on the dance floor.

As a softball player, she may be a tiny, but she sure can hit!!

"She can hit!! I watched her play a game, and she hit it way on the grass!! Unbelievable!!" said Muhfugger Leeonel Pena who is amazed about the powerful 5'3", 105 pound, 5% body fat mighty mite.

One of our most memorable memories of Ana, is when she danced with Muhfugger, Brian Kellough, and Brian slammed Ana's head into a wooden post at Sully's Bar and Grill. It did hurt her and despite a big ass knot on her head.... Ana is tough as nails and continued to party hardy!! Way to go Ana!!

Rico Rivas

Rico "Suave" Rivas has joined the Space Dragons. Of his first experience, Rico said it was a great workout, there's lots of girls to look at and more importantly, the core workout will be helpful in adding power to his swing.

"I can't wait to unleash my power on the softball field!!" said Rico, the exhuberant latin lover.

Caesar and Deadra have been trying to get Rico to paddle for years. "We finally got his ass to paddle!!" said Deadra.

After many failed attempts, Muhfugger and Space Dragon, Blanca Pena, got the ball rolling again in the recruitment of Rico. Perhaps she showed him some boobies!!! God only knows what she did to persuade him to come out. Deadra iced the proverbial cake by calling him a "fag!!" a few times and the rest was history.

If you are interested in a great kick ass workout, travel or just want to meet some great people, ..... or would want someone to persuade you to paddle, please see your fellow water-fuggers.

Pick one? How about when we went to Hawaii in '99 and we (Deadra, Caesar and Alex) get to tell everyone we slept together.
Also on that trip Caesar taught me how to catch a ?rubbish? bird. I think we have a video on that and hopefully we can put it on this blog.

MUHFUGGER BIRTHDAY!! Brian Kellough

Today is Muhfugger, Brian Kellough's Birthday!! This twenty something male, is a brewmeister that makes delicious "panty dropper" beers. Such creations include "Yankees Suck" stout, "Pinstripe Pussies" porter and "New York Eats Boston's" nut brown ale. I am sure we Muhfuggers will be sampling some of his brews in the very near future.

As a softball player, his power to weight ratio is incredible!! "How can a skinny f*ck like him hit so hard??" an amazed Poi Pounder once said.

Sorry gals (and boys?), Brian is off the meat market because he is engaged to Muhfugger, Aileen Aranda.

Brian was the crazy bastard that suggested that we use wooden bats this season. When we approached other Muhfuggers about Brian's notion to use wooden bats this season, players thought it was a great idea.

"Watch when we fall behind in a game and we get towards the end of the season, them aluminum bats will come back out!!" said an anonymous Muhfugger.

SOFTBALL SEASON STILL ON...SO FAR!!

Early last week, managers received word from the front office that the upcoming 2009 season may be cancelled. I, myself was shocked!! Apparently, there was a problem(s) with the reserving of the fields for the Northrop Grumman Softball League.

Managers of all teams waited anxiously for word about the cancellation of the 2009 Softball season. They were told they were suppose to get news on Friday. No news came. Perhaps the league president being on vacation had something to do with it.

"I guess we won't know til Monday" Muhfugger and Co-ed League Coordinator, Leeonel Pena said.

"This sucks!!" said co-coach Pedro Frias. "They should have all this stuff all set up already!! Northrop has been with this park for years!! How could they do that to us!! Fockers!!"

News came today that the Tuesday games this week was cancelled. Although the Northrop League and the city still have some details to work out, it appears the season is still a go.

Water Muhfuggers Win Medals in Tempe Arizona!!

Seven Muhfuggers/Space Dragons went to Tempe AZ this past weekend to paddle their asses off in the 6th annual AZDBA DragonBoat festival. Caesar, Deej, Jeremy, Charlie, Blanca, Tammy, and Brian performed well on the water and brought home hardware. Some highlights:

Both RED Team(Ceez, Deej, Brian, Charlie, Jeremy and Tammy) & BLUE (Blanca) qualified for the top division in the tournament, Mixed Division A (reserved for the top 12 of 32 boats in the competition).

Although paddle rookie, Blanca, did not medal this weekend, her contributions help elevate her Blue boat to compete against some of the big boys in the tournament. Her Blue boat met up with dragon boat giants San Diego and UC San Diego in the semi finals on Sunday. Although they were eliminated, it was an incredible feat that the Space Dragon's B-team boat paddled themselves into the top division and raced the best to try and get to the finals.

RED brings home hardware with a bronze medal w/ a 3rd place overall finish (behind mighty San Diego & blazing UCLA) in the 500m mixed division. They fought through the elimination round & edging out the head-turning Manitoba High School (Canada) in the finals.

After two straight 1st place finishes on Sat, the MEN finish 2nd place overall in the Open Division behind mighty San Diego. Our Muhfugger men left Tempe w/ the 2nd fastest 500m time of the weekend!!

The Geri-crew MASTERS (Over 40 old farts Ceez, Deej and Tammy) brought home 2nd place hardware after finishing just a few grey hairs behind great competitors DragonMax ( from northern California) in the Master's Final.

With a very close 4th place seeding after Sat, our LADIES were just edged out from participating in the Women's Final (reserved for the top 3 of 9) & guaranteed hardware. Good job ladies!!

After a 4th place finish in the 250m sprints, RED closed out the weekend right w/ a thrillingly close 2nd place overall finish for the silver behind mighty San Diego in the Guts & Glory 1000m race.

Congratulations water Muhfuggers for your success on the water.
